Our 6 Week Women's Self Defence Course Starting Soon In Rayleigh, Essex.
We are bringing our popular Women's ONLY courses to Essex in the new year. This is a 6 week course designed specifically for adults wanting to learn how to stay safe, move with confidence and defend themselves in real world situations.
NO prior training or experience is required, just a willingness to learn. Join our December Induction Day to learn more and get started.
We Have A Pre Course Induction Session - 12/12/25
We would love to invite you to a 2 hour Induction Session before the course starts in January, this will allow you to find out if it is the right fit for you and give you a deeper understanding of what will be covered during the course. This session will be at a cost of just £20, which will be redeemable off the price of the course for anyone that signs up for the full 6 week programme.
Induction session on Friday the 12th December 11am-1pm.

In This Course We Will Cover
What You Will Learn In Just 6 Weeks
Real Self Defence, Real Results!
WEEK 1: AWARENESS & AVOIDANCE
Week 1 we dive right in to situational awareness and understanding pre contact cue's in order to identify potential situations before they happen.
WEEK 4: DEFENDING YOURSELF FROM BEHIND
During week 4 we cover various types of grabs and situations from outside your field of view and teach you how to create space and strike effectively.
WEEK2: ESCAPES FROM GRABS & HOLDS
Week 2 is all about understanding distances, footwork and why strength isnt always the key to escaping being grabbed.
WEEK 5: SURVIVING BEING ON THE GROUND
Week 5 is all about putting what you have learnt standing up in to defending yourself on the ground without panicking so you can be effective and escape.
WEEK 3: DEFENDING FROM THE FRONT
Week 3 is all about learning to stay calm under pressure, utilising the skills we have taught you so you can understand some of the most common attacks on the street.
WEEK 6: SCENARIOS & CONFIDENCE CHALLENGE
In week 6 we put it all together and combine everything you would have learnt in previous weeks and run through scenario based drills to improve your confidence.
