Krav-Maga is a highly efficient, learner-centered, non-linear style of fighting and self-defence with a base of Krav Maga and competitive striking and grappling systems, adaptable to any environment.

This makes Krav-Maga a hybrid fighting and self-defence system developed to maximise the efficiency of the practitioner to survive any type of situation in any type of context with an individualised approach to movement. Krav Maga has a strong base built on efficiency and functionality that is similar for all types of groups going from civilian self defence to Special Operations.​

 

On that base the system then adapted to the individual and group at hand depending on their specific demands by utilising and improving on the (physical and mental) qualities of any performer no matter their abilities, job or equipment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You'll start with a warm-up, learn core self-defence techniques, go through a conditioning circuit, and wrap up with real-world scenario training. All levels are welcome and no experience is needed. Sessions end with a cool-down and Q&A.

WHO IS IT FOR

Everyone from complete beginners to security professionals, women, teens, and seniors. It's effective for those looking to get fit, learn practical self-defence, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

Our classes run on Monday's and Thursday's for both Adults and Teens.​

Teens Classes:

Tuesday - 6pm - 7pm

Adult Classes:
